Built by the team behind JustLogin

For operations teams drowning in questions they have already answered a hundred times.

Why we built it

Every support team we worked with had the same gap. The customer record lived in the CRM. The conversation lived somewhere else — a shared inbox, a WhatsApp number, a chat widget nobody owned. Closing that gap was somebody’s manual job, every day, forever.

The tools on offer did not help much. They were built for marketing funnels rather than operations queues, priced per agent seat so growing the team meant growing the bill, and every one of them wanted to be the new system of record. Adopting one meant running two customer databases and reconciling them by hand.

So we built the thing we wanted: a bot you point at your own website and documents, that is answering customers the same afternoon. It works on its own. And because we also build JustLogin CRM, it can read that too — if you happen to use it.

What we optimise for

Fewer moving parts. Connect adds no new database, no new inbox, and no new platform for your team to learn. It trains on the content you already maintain.

Honest answers. The bot declines when a question falls outside what it has been trained on, rather than producing a confident guess that someone has to walk back later.

Humane escalation. The bot covers the small hours; your people are pulled in only during the business hours you set. Nobody gets woken up for a question about opening times.

Where Connect sits

Connect is part of the JustLogin product family, alongside our CRM and HR platform. Most Connect customers use it entirely on its own. For those who do run our CRM, the two recognise each other — conversations resolve to real contacts without anyone wiring anything up.

If you are not a JustLogin customer, none of that matters — Connect captures and qualifies contacts perfectly well by itself. If you are, there is simply nothing to integrate.

We will walk through it with your own CRM records, not a demo sandbox.
